- How is the renewal of my subscription plan?
  Automatic renewal will be applied following your current subscribed package. Your credit card will be charged accordingly for the next cycle.
- Can I cancel my subscription plan?
  Yes, you may opt to cancel during your current subscription period but it will only take effect on the next cycle. You must complete your current plan. For example, you had subscribed for Pack #1 for 3 months. You may cancel anytime during these 3 months so there will be NO automatic renewal.
- Can I change the pack selection during subscription plan?
  No, you are not allowed to change the pack selection until the end of your subscription.
- Do I need to pay for delivery?
  Yes, the fee is RM8.00 monthly for 3 months subscription plan (West Malaysia only). Delivery fee is already included in total payment.
  However, delivery is FREE for 6 months subscription plan (West Malaysia only).
- How do I get free gift?
  New subscriber will receive ONE (1) special free gift from us.
