Order Processing Time
- All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon successful payment.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been packed and shipped, including a tracking number. (Might need revise this part based on the new e-commerce function)

- West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–8 working days

We deliver all orders via Ninja Van, our trusted logistics partner, to ensure secure and timely delivery across Malaysia.

Delivery Charges
- Free shipping is available for orders above RM100.
- Orders below RM100 will incur the following shipping fees:
- West Malaysia: RM8
- East Malaysia: RM15 for 1kg
Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order value and shipping address.
