Order Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon successful payment.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been packed and shipped, including a tracking number. (Might need revise this part based on the new e-commerce function)

 

Delivery Time Estimate

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–8 working days
    Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

 

Courier Partners

We deliver all orders via Ninja Van, our trusted logistics partner, to ensure secure and timely delivery across Malaysia.

 

Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping is available for orders above RM100.
  • Orders below RM100 will incur the following shipping fees:
    • West Malaysia: RM8
    • East Malaysia: RM15 for 1kg

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order value and shipping address.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue.
